1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a service agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the next billing cycle may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
